GENERAL QUESTIONS
How do I place an order?
Ordering on Maniphesta is a matter of just a few clicks. After selecting all the products you want, go to the Shopping Cart by clicking on the top right icon, review the items you’ve added and click on the “Proceed to Checkout” button. Do not worry: you will still be able to modify the selected products or change your mind before the end of the purchase process.
Some details are required to continue with the order, including the shipping address. At this stage, choose whether to save your data for future purchases or proceed without registering.
Once you have entered your information, select the payment method you prefer: make sure you have your credit card details and SecureCode code provided by your bank handy. By clicking on the “Buy Now” button, your order will be completed and we will send you a confirmation email (if you do not receive our email immediately, check also your trash or junk).
How can I request my invoice?
Please note you will have to receive the invoice right away after placing your in your email, if not please contact us at orders@maniphesta.com
Is it possible to order any other products more than the available items in your website?
Please don’t hesitate to contact us. We are able to provide any information by brand and price of the item that doesn’t exist in our website and would be happy to place a special order for you.
Is it possible to receive additional technical information about a product?
If you’d like to know more about a product than the information provided on our website please send us an email or fill out our contact form and mention your inquiry about that special product.
May I receive an interior design consultation from your team?
We have not only been selling unique designer products in our online shop , but also offer a free interior design consultations when needed.

How do I create a customer account?
Click on “My account” icon on the top right of the website to create an account.
How can I change my customer information?
For this matter you can click on “My account” icon on the top right of the website , after that you can fill out another contact information and register for your new customer account. Please note if you have an order in process, it is also better to notify our team by Email, for any changes that has happened in your customer information.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY
How quickly will I receive my ordered items?
If the products you have ordered are available in our stock, you will receive the item within one week. If you need a faster delivery, please contact us, we will go out of our way to meet your necessities.
Can I cancel my order after I’ve placed it?
Once an order is confirmed, it is immediately processed, so it should be cancelled within 24 hours. However, our customers can return the ordered items within 7 days of receipt, as our return policy states.
I was handed a defective product, what should I do?
Please, let us know straight away. Contact us at support@maniphesta.com, we will tell you the simple steps to follow to replace your product.
Do you offer white-glove service?
Yes, but only on request. Send a mail to our customer service support@maniphesta.com, our team will help you get the service you need.
What is delivery cost?
You get an easy overview of delivery costs during your order checkout. In many countries, we deliver with free shipping on orders over a certain amount. Exact delivery costs are generally calculated during the order process in the online shopping cart. In case you are ordering different products, the delivery costs displayed in the shopping cart are for the entire order.
When will I receive my order if I purchase products with different delivery times?
The delivery time for each product is written on product detail page. If several products with different delivery times are ordered, they will be compiled into one order and they will have a new delivery time. In this situation normally the new delivery time will be the same as the one with the longest delivery time and the new delivery cost will be calculated and informed by Email in 3 working days.
Is the price of the item includes of the customs import taxes of the destination?
It’s the buyer’s responsibility to pay customs duty and the shipping cost we provide does not include customs duty (import taxes) and clearance charges in the final destination.

How can I track my order?
In our menu there is a link called Track your order, you have to open the link and enter your customer no, easily you will receive all the updated information about your order. In addition If the status of your order is “Sent”, you will also see delivery slip number of your goods and follow it from the website of the related courier.
Why am I not receiving any e-mails (order confirmation, shipping confirmation, etc.) from Maniphesta?
Unfortunately, some e-mail providers filter our confirmation e-mails into the spam folder. You Should contact us as soon as possible and follow up this matter. Additionally, you can check the current status of your order yourself anytime in your customer account .
What about the delay in receiving my order?
Unfortunately, sometimes it happens that a parcel carrier forgets to leave a note when they weren’t able to locate the addressee. If you receive a message from us that your order was delivered, and/or this is confirmed by the parcel tracking, then we recommend you contact your closest post office directly in order to receive your order as quickly as possible. You can check the current status of your order yourself anytime in your customer account under “My orders

What are my payment options at maniphesta?
You can pay for your order with – credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) – prepaid card – PayPal In the case of credit card payments, we advise you to have the SecureCode code provided by your bank handy to speed up your purchase.

I would like to pay by credit card. When exactly is the money charged to my card?
The entire amount is charged to your credit card directly after you place the order.
COMPLAINTS / RETURNS
What should I do if damages occurred during transport?
If despite all our care transport damages have occurred, we recommend to decline the delivery or sign the delivery receipt with the note of defect.
To help us please notify our customer service as well as the carrier of the damage in writing as soon as you can, best within 7 days. We have the possibility of claiming damages from our carriers within 7 days of delivery, so we kindly ask you for your cooperation.
What should I do if I accepted the delivery despite your recommendation and it turned out to be damaged?
In this case, we ask you to send us digital photos of the damages via e-mail, stating your invoice number. This way, we can file a proper damage report with our insurance company. At the same time, we will arrange for the damaged goods to be picked up so you may quickly receive a replacement.
Of course, the above-stated information in no way limits your statutory warranty claims but simply express our plea for your cooperation in the event of transport damages.
How do I return an item?

Where can I get replacement parts for my item?
Should you need replacement parts for one of your ordered products, we will be happy to acquire them from the manufacturer for you. To accomplish this, we will need the name of the replacement part. Please contact our customer service with your request. They will enquire the availability and price from the manufacturer and send you all necessary information on how to proceed.
Is it possible to exchange or return an item?
You can return your item before 7 days of your delivery time except the following rules has been occurred:
- Products that are clearly marked non-returnable on the Product Detail Page
- Products that have been assembled or installed
- Products without original packaging or not in their original condition
- Products with crystals that have been unwrapped
- Custom orders, including those that are made-to-order or customized to your specifications
- Open-box or clearance items
What about the cost of delivery for returning the good?
Please note that the customer is responsible for the whole amount of delivery for returning the good.
When will I receive the refund for my return?
Your refund credit will be issued after the item has been received and inspected. The cost of the return shipping will be deducted from the credit amount if you used our labels. In other words, you are responsible for the return shipping cost of any item you return. Reimbursements will be made through a refund based on the payment method you used for the purchase.
